False Revelation of Heaven and Hell by 7 Youths

False Revelation of Heaven and Hell by 7 Youths

Are the alleged revelations of Heaven and Hell to 7 Youths fake or real?

An evaluation of the alleged divine revelation that the 7 youths claim to have had.

The 7 Columbian youths are a Pentecostal Protestant group that supposedly was revealed to them Heaven and Hell by Our Lord Jesus Christ. But these explanations, and what they say they saw in Hell and Heaven, are contrary to the doctrine of the Church.

A list of doctrinal errors in the alleged visions of Heaven and Hell attributed to 7 Colombian youths is the following:

1) They claim that Purgatory does not exist.

They say:

“There is no intermediate place.  Purgatory does not exist.  Limbo does not exist, where men stay for a while after they have departed from earth, before they go to heaven. The Bible is very clear about this.”

By the fact that the Bible does not contain the word "purgatory" we can not conclude that it does not exist. In fact, the Bible does not have either the word "Trinity" and there is the dogma of the Holy Trinity, recognized by most of the separated brethren.

1.- Jesus said:

“And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.” (Matthew 12, 32)

This means that in the world to come there are sins that are forgiven and others that are not.

These sins that are forgiven in the world to come, where are forgiven? Maybe in hell? It can not be, because in hell there is no redemption. Maybe in heaven? neither can it be, because "in no wise enter into it anything that defileth" (Rev. 21.27). Then it has to be something in the world to come where certain sins are forgiven, and this is in Purgatory, with the exception of the sins commited against the Holy Spirit.

2.- The purification in the world to come.

“If his work is burned up, he will suffer the loss. However, he will be saved, though it will be like going through a fire.” (1 Cor 3,15).

Here we talk about a worker of the Gospel, that does not put all the effort in his apostolic activity. For this reason, his work is spoiled, although he is saved purifying himself in the world to come by means of suffering.

Jesus said:

“Make peace quickly with your opponent while you are on the way to court with him. Otherwise, he will hand you over to the judge. Then the judge will hand you over to an officer, who will throw you into prison. I can guarantee this truth: You will never get out until you pay every penny of your fine.” (Matt 5,25-26; Luke 19,25).

Jesus speaks of a prison in which yes you can leave when someone has paid his debt. Certainly is not hell because no one can get out of there. The prison must be purgatory.

3.- Praying for the faithful departed.

In the Catholic Bible there is a book called 2 Maccabees, since in the Protestant Bible does not exist, because Martin Luther removed this book along with other six books of Sacred Scriptures, because these were not suitable to his interests.

"Therefore [Judas Maccabeus] made atonement for the dead, that they might be delivered from their sin." (2 Macc 12, 45)

With this, the Holy Bible proves that in the world to come some are released from their sins.

In the Old Testament the sacrifice was the most important act of worship, now it is the Lord's Supper or the Mass. That is why during the Mass we pray for the faithful departed.

4.- "Prayer for the Dead" by Paul in the New Testament:

We have the case of Paul who asks God for Onesiphorus, now deceased. First Paul asks in favor of his family and then in favor of him, which means that he was already dead.

"May the Lord grant mercy to the house of Onesiphorus, for he often refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain, but when he was in Rome, he sought me diligently, and found me (the Lord grant to him to find the Lord's mercy on that day); and in how many things he served at Ephesus, you know very well." (2 Timothy 1:16-18)

5 -. Why Jesus said to the Good Thief: "Today you will be with me in Paradise" (Luke 23:43) and did not say, "Today you will be with me in Purgatory"?

Jesus has the power to do anything he wants, without asking anyone's permission.

Anyway, as we have seen, purgatory is not a special place but a purification that is achieved through suffering. Therefore, the same suffering that the good thief had before he died could have been sufficient to purify it. Otherwise, a moment of suffering had been enough after death to achieve the complete purification and so being with Jesus that same day in Paradise.

6. How to interpret the parable of the rich man? (Luke 16:19-31).

In fact, the Church has not pronounced about whether in this parable the rich man was truly in Hell or Purgatory.

According to some experts, the rich man was in purgatory and not in hell, since conversed with Abraham and was worried for his brothers, which would be impossible if he were in hell, where there is pure hatred.

To know more about the existence of Purgatory, read my following article about it:

2) They claim that in the Catholic Church is not preached the word of God (when it is false). They exemplified a Catholic in Hell for not having heard the word of God in the mouth of a Protestant Christian.

They say:

“He was wearing a priest's garments …with eyes full of compassion, the Lord asked him, "Andrew, have you ever heard the gospel?"  Andrew replied, "Yes Lord, there was a protestant Christian woman who went to the church and preached the gospel once, but I didn't want to accept it.”

For those unfamiliar with the Catholic Church:

The Word of God is proclaimed daily in the Catholic Church, under the name of "Liturgy of the Word", which depending on the day are read two or three biblical readings. One corresponding to the Gospel, and the others corresponding to the rest of the Bible, either of the Old Testament or New Testament.

As if this were not enough, once proclaimed the Word of God, the priest makes a "homily" which is an exhortation or preaching of biblical readings that just proclaimed, in order to make more intelligible the passages of the Bible, and people can comprehend, understand and put everything into practice in their own life.

These youths are lying, not only when they say that the Word of God is not proclaimed in the Catholic Church, but also that a Catholic Christian is in Hell for never having heard the Word of God, which is absurd, so we have said.

3) They describe that souls in Hell are repentant of their sins and cry out to God for forgiveness and mercy.

There are dozens of examples among them are the following:

“The man extended his skinny hand toward the Lord and started to cry out, saying, "Lord, have mercy on me!  Lord, have mercy on me!  I am in pain!  I am burning!  Please have mercy and take me out of here!”

“They said to Him, "Lord, please!  Take us out of here even for just a moment!  Please give me the chance to get out!!!”

“Lord, have mercy on me!  Lord, have mercy on me and forgive me!  Look at me!  It hurts!  Have mercy on me!”

Can damned souls in Hell repent of their sins?

This is a doctrinal error, because the souls in hell do not have the grace of God, so that they cannot repent of their sins.

The souls in hell are deprived of the grace of God and without it they can not ask God for forgiveness and mercy, let alone repent.

A damned soul doesn´t want to be forgiven because his will is anchored in evil and deprived of all good.

The souls of the wicked, after death, have a will adhered immutably to evil.

St. Thomas Aquinas writes about this in his book Summa contra Gentiles, Book IV, Chapter 93:

“In the same way, also, the souls which immediately after death are made miserable in punishment become unchangeable in their wills.  Mortal sin deserves everlasting punishment. But there would be no everlasting punishment of the souls of the damned if they were able to change their will for a better will; it would be unjust, indeed, if from the moment of their having a good will their punishment would be everlasting. Therefore, the will of the damned soul cannot be changed to good.

There is more. The very disorder of the will is a kind of punishment and one of extreme affliction. The reason: So far as one has a disordered will he is displeased by whatever is done rightly, and the damned souls will be displeased because God’s will is fulfilled in all those who by sinning have sided against Him. Therefore, their disordered will shall never be taken away from them.

The change of a will, furthermore, from sin to good takes place only by the grace of God. But, just as the souls of the good are admitted to a perfect sharing in the divine goodness, so the souls of the damned are entirely excluded from grace. Therefore, they will not be able to change their will for the better.

Then again: just as the good when living in the flesh make God the end of all their works and desires, so also the wicked do with some improper end which turns them away from God. But the separated souls of the good will cleave unchangeably to the good they have set before themselves in this life; namely, to God. Therefore, the souls of the wicked will cleave unchangeably to the end which they themselves have chosen. Therefore, as the will of the good will not be able to become evil, so the will of the evil will not be able to become good.”

In this regard the Church Catechism tells us:

393 "There is no repentance for the angels after their fall, just as there is no repentance for men after death."

She excuses herself in the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, but any parable must be taken literally since a parable is an allegory and it is symbolic.

How should we interpret the parable of the rich man? (Luke 16:19-31).

In fact, the Church has not pronounced about whether in this parable the rich man was truly in Hell or Purgatory.

According to some experts, the rich man was in purgatory and not in hell, since conversed with Abraham and was worried for his brothers, which would be impossible if he were in hell, where there is pure hatred.

Moreover, there is no private revelation of Hell of Catholic saints that shows a repentant soul of his sins crying out to God for forgiveness and mercy.

4) They claim that in Hell, the damned souls must give praise to Satan.

They say:

"Praise him!  This is your kingdom now! Praise Satan!  Praise him!  You can't stop! Praise him!  Praise him!  You have to praise him!  You have to jump! You have to dance!  You cannot stop for one second!"

"The demons mocked and cursed them saying, "You cursed wretch, praise Satan!  Serve him like you did while you were on earth!"

All kinds of worship and praise belongs only to God, not Satan.

It is written:

"Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." (Phil. 2:9-11)

“But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” (Romans 14:10-12)

“Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.” (James 2:19)

5) They claim that Satan governs Hell and that also punishes demons, when is God who governs it and punishes demons.

They say:

“I noticed that one of the demons was missing a wing.  I asked the Lord, "Lord, why is that demon missing one wing?"  The Lord replied, "That demon was sent up to earth for one purpose. But he did not accomplish his mission, and was cast back to hell by one of the servants of God.  Then Satan came and punished him, and cut off one of his wings."

This is a doctrinal error because God created Hell as a place of just punishment for both fallen angels and damned souls. God is in charge of Hell, not Satan.

6) They describe the souls in Hell being punished and tormented by the fallen angels.

They say:

“As he walked, he stabbed people down below with his spear.  He cursed them saying, "Remember the day you were outside a Christian church and you did not want to go in?  Remember the day they preached to you and you did not want to listen?  Remember the day they gave you a gospel tract and you threw it away?”

“Two demons were flying over him tormenting him.  They would dig their spears into his body and take out his ribs.  They also continually ridiculed him.”

This is a doctrinal error because Hell was created by God to punish the fallen angels. They are not in charge of Hell, nor in charge of punishing the souls in Hell. It is the Justice of God that punishes both damned souls and fallen angels in Hell.

The Bible tells us:

"And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day." (Jude 1:6)

For those who think that demons are not being punished in Hell right now for the righteousness of God, it is written:

The demons suffer the torment of fire, even when, by Divine permission, they leave the confines of hell and roam about on earth to tempt humanity." -Catholic encyclopedia.

Bible tell us:

Matthew 24:45-51

“The lord of that servant SHALL COME in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, And SHALL CUT HIM ASUNDER, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

God is in charge of Hell, not Satan.  Therefore, the demons are subjected to the will of God, and can not do what they please in and out of Hell.

7) They show a Jesus, not merciful to the appeal of one of his sons repentant, causing that some who have heard their diabolical testimony ends up hating God.

He pleaded, "Lord have mercy!  Lord give me a chance!  Lord take me out of here!"  But the Lord Jesus wouldn't look at him.  Jesus simply turned his back to him.”

“a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.” (Psalm 51:17)

These 7 youths Pentecostals are responsible for induced fear and hatred of God, and I pray to God that one day repent and confess the truth.

8) They claim that in heaven we will have a physical body, even though the resurrection of the dead has not taken place, a physical body with physiological needs, among which feed on grapes to quench our hunger.

“We saw grapes the size of oranges, and the Lord Jesus Christ let us taste some of them.”

“We will enjoy some amazingly exquisite and delicious foods when we inherit the Kingdom of Heaven.  We were amazed that the chairs were set on both sides of the table.  These beautiful chairs had names written on each one.”

This is merely impossible, because in Heaven there will be no more hunger, no more pain and suffering. Heaven is absolute perfection, so every human need will be satisfied fully and permanently without having to work, defecate, sleep and will not need any physical and material things to survive.

"For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost". (Romans 14:17)

“‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” (Apoc. 21:4)

“Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat down on them,’ nor any scorching heat.” (Apoc. 7:16)

When Jesus was on earth in His resurrected body, he ate with his disciples because he already had a body.

Souls in Heaven still do not have bodies because they have not yet been resurrected. That will happen in the general resurrection when righteous and unrighteous will be resurrected, "those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned."(John 5:29)

Souls in heaven are only spirits. Spirits can not eat. Maybe in the general resurrection our resurrected bodies will be able to eat. We don´t know.

About resurrection of the dead.

998 Who will rise? All the dead will rise, "those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment." (Jn 5:29; cf. Dan 12:2)

1001 When? Definitively "at the last day," "at the end of the world." (Jn 6: 39-44; 11:24) Indeed, the resurrection of the dead is closely associated with Christ's Parousia:

“For the Lord himself will descend from heaven, with a cry of command, with the archangel's call, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.” (1 Thess 4:16)

9) They say that the knowledge of those who are in heaven is limited and need schools to teach them the Bible.

They state:

"We saw children of different ages, Heaven was divided into sections.  We saw some kind of baby-house that sheltered kids aged 2-4.  We also noticed that the children in the Kingdom of Heaven grow up and there was a school where the children are taught the Word of God."

Apparently in Heaven they saw is not met this:

“For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people. And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.” (Jeremiah 31:33-34)

Nor would have anyone to remind them:

“Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.

For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.” (1 Corinthians 13: 8-13.)

10) They say that if you ask God for gold and money, he'll give you, because it owns all the gold and all the silver. A little prosperity theology could not miss.

“I understood that God is absolutely rich and He owns all the riches in the world.  I also understood that the world in all its fullness belongs to our God, and He wants to give it to all those who ask in faith.”

Does God want us to be rich and millionaires here on earth as we shall be in Heaven, according to them?

"Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!”

The disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said again, “Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.” (Mark 10:23-25)

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” (Matthew 6:24)

11) They claim the Throne of God nobody dares to approach.

“When we left there, we saw a beautiful castle very far in the distance.  Nobody dared to get close to that castle, and we believe that is what the Scriptures talk about in Revelation 22:1, "He then showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing forth from the throne of God and of the Lamb."  We believe that the castle was probably located near the presence and throne of God.”

Simply surprised that these young people say they walk with Jesus, but it is in the castle where probably the presence of God is. And how is it that nobody dared to approach to the throne of God?

God's word says:

“After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice:
“Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.” (Apoc. 7:9-10)

12) They claim that the person who does not tithe will end up in Hell, by robbing God.

“Each of them had a metal plate on their chest that read, "I am here for not giving tithes”

Protestants say a Christian who does not tithe 10% of everything he earns are robbing God, and many others say that people who do not tithe will go to Hell.

The tithe consisted according to the Law of Moses in giving 10% of your products in animals or food once a year, which were taken to the storehouse. The tithe, that belongs
to the old covenant, was abolished by the New Covenant, and the tithe was given once a year, not every month, fortnight or week (Deuteronomy 14: 22-29)

Tithing is an ancient law of the Old Testament. In the New Testament does not exist this law.

“These are the commandments which the LORD commanded Moses FOR THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL on Mount Sinai.” (Lev. 27,34)

“Remember the teachings of my servant Moses, the rules and regulations that I gave to him at Horeb for all Israel.” (Mal. 4,4)

According to this biblical quote, tithing is a commandment for the people of Israel. Christians do not belong to the Old Testament but the New Testament.

At the same time, God promised to establish a new Covenant:

“Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah” (Jer. 31,31).

“Likewise He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.” (Lk. 22,20).

As Christians we are not obliged to pay the tithe, since it was a mandate for the people of Israel.

Tithes were for God, but were intended to support Levites, strangers, orphans and widows.

The following biblical text confirms this:

“When you have finished laying aside all the tithe of your increase in the third year—the year of tithing—and have given it to the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, so that they may eat within your gates and be filled, then you shall say before the Lord your God: ‘I have removed the holy tithe from my house, and also have given them to the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow” (Deut 26,12-13).

The tithe was abolished by the new covenant:

Hebrews 8:13 New International Version (NIV)

13 By calling this covenant “new,” he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.

Hebrews 7:18-19 New International Version (NIV)

18 The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless 19 (for the law made nothing perfect), and a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God.

Hebrews 8:7-8 New International Version (NIV)

7 For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another. 8 But God found fault with the people and said:

“The days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah.

Galatians 3:10 New International Version (NIV)

10 For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.”

Galatians 3:13 New International Version (NIV)

13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.”

The tithe belongs to the law of Moses which is the old covenant, weak, useless, imperfect, under a curse that has to disappear, and that has been canceled with the Lord's death on the cross and the arrival of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost it was a covenant made with the people of Israel, not with us, the Christians.

In any case, if someone wants to give it because it is in the Law of Moses, he should not forget that the Apostle James says that the Law was an all or nothing; a person was not allowed to choose what he liked about it - as if it were a religious menu - and leave aside what he did not like it.

James 2:10 New International Version (NIV)

10 For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.

If a Christian wishes to follow the Law, he must be circumcised, keep the Sabbath, sacrifice animals, not eat blood, do not eat fish without scales, pork or shellfish, stone those who break the Law, celebrate all Jewish holidays, etc. Or all or nothing.

You can not fulfill one thing and leave another because you become guilty of everything else.

Matthew 5:18 New International Version (NIV)

18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

Galatians 5:2-4 New International Version (NIV)

2 Mark my words! I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all. 3 Again I declare to every man who lets himself be circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law. 4 You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.

Why do you say no to circumcision and yes to tithing?

Galatians 5:12 New International Version (NIV)

12 As for those agitators, I wish they would go the whole way and emasculate themselves!

Paul is so upset with those who have wanted to mix the law of Moses with the new covenant, which advises them that instead of cutting the foreskin only, mutilate.

Asking believers to bring their tithes into the storehouse, that God is going to open the windows of heaven, the much vaunted passage of Malachi 3:10 are mixing the old covenant with the new covenant annulling the blood of Jesus.

By the way, Malachi 3: 8-10 refers to the sons of Jacob, not the Christians, in fact the passage starts in Malachi 3:6:

"Because of this, you sons of Jacob said: What have we stolen from you?"

We Christians are not sons of Jacob, besides the tithe was taken to the storehouse which is a barn and not to the pockets of the pastors.

Galatians 2:21 New International Version (NIV)

21 I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!”

Did Christ die uselessly? Does fulfilling the Law of Moses make you saved?

CHRISTIANS LIVE UNDER THE GRACE, NOT UNDER THE LAW

So, for what served the old covenant?

Galatians 3:19 New International Version (NIV)

19 Why, then, was the law given at all? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come.

Romans 3:20 New International Version (NIV)

20 Therefore no one will be declared righteous in God’s sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin.

Romans 10:4 New International Version (NIV)

4 Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.

Galatians 3:23 New International Version (NIV)

23 Before the coming of this faith, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come would be revealed.

Ephesians 2:15 New International Version (NIV)

“by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace”

When Jesus tells the scribes and the Pharisees in Matthew 23:23 that should continue keeping the Law and tithing, he is talking to Jews who were still under the Law of Moses not to us who are Gentiles.

Galatians 4:4-5 New International Version (NIV)

“But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.”

Who taught you that a Christian has to tithe, circumcised or keep the Sabbath? Paul tells the Galatians foolish twice and the apostle Peter hypocrite for wanting to return to the law of Moses.

Galatians 3:1-3 New International Version (NIV)

“You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified. I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh?”

The influence of the Law had been so strong that even the Apostle Peter was confused and had let himself be influenced by the group of James who insisted on keeping the Law of Moses, Paul calls them fanatics of the circumcision.

Galatians 2:11-15 New International Version (NIV)

11 When Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned. 12 For before certain men came from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles. But when they arrived, he began to draw back and separate himself from the Gentiles because he was afraid of those who belonged to the circumcision group. 13 The other Jews joined him in his hypocrisy, so that by their hypocrisy even Barnabas was led astray.

ONLY JESUS SAVES, NOT THE TITHE:

John 3:16 King James Version (KJV)

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Hebrews 7:26 New International Version (NIV)

26 Such a high priest truly meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens.

Hebrews 7:12 New International Version (NIV)

12 For when the priesthood is changed, the law must be changed also

Hebrews 7:22-25 King James Version (KJV)

22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. 23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: 24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. 25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

1 Peter 1:18-19 New International Version (NIV)

18 For you know that it was not with perishable things such as SILVER or GOLD that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the PRECIOUS BLOOD OF CHRIST, a lamb without blemish or defect.

Galatians 1:8 New International Version (NIV)

8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

The law of Moses ended, and with it ended the tithe, the Levites, animal sacrifices, killing adulteresses by stoning, set aside menstruating women, do not eat pork, the circumcision, etc.

Philippians 3:5-9 New International Version (NIV)

5 circumcised on the eighth day, of the people of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; in regard to the law, a Pharisee; 6 as for zeal, persecuting the church; as for righteousness based on the law, faultless. 7 But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. 8 What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ.

The apostle Paul says that now that we have Jesus, the Law and the tithe are rubbish for him and that he lost everything: this is for those who are still seeking material blessings in the new covenant. True wealth and abundance is in the Holy Spirit.

Romans 10:13 New International Version (NIV)

13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

John 7:37 New International Version (NIV)

37 On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink.

John 10:10 New International Version (NIV)

10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

The priesthood of Aaron had the tribe of Levi that charged the tithe, killed the animals for the sacrifice for the sins of the people and also stoned those who did not comply with the Law of Moses. The Melchizedek priesthood has salvation and the Holy Spirit as a guarantee because the Lord paid on the cross for the sins of the world, it means that animal sacrifices and everything else ended.

The current Jews no longer tithe

The tithe was intended for the sustenance of the priests and Levites, of the tribe of Levi, who for dedicating themselves to the service of God had not received their parcel in the distribution of the land.

The Jews do not pay tithing, and the explanation they give is very logical and easy to understand: "The tithe, which belongs to the Law and which we strive to fulfill, commands the Israelites to tithe for the maintenance of the Temple of Jerusalem and the Levitical priests, and today there is no temple or Levitical priests, so we could not ask for a tithe in the synagogues, where there is also no priest of the tribe of Levi, but simply a rabbi."

The favorite passage of the unscrupulous pastors who have imposed the tithe in their churches is undoubtedly Malachi 3: 8-10 "Will a man rob God, for you have stolen from me, and you have said," What have we stolen from you? "In your tithes and offerings, you are cursed with a curse, because you, the entire nation, have stolen me. Bring all the tithes into the storehouse and have food in my house."

The passage actually begins in Malachi 3: 6 where God directs the message to the sons of Jacob

Malachi 3: 6 "Therefore, you sons of Jacob… you said, What have we stolen from you?"

Believers are children of God, the Bible never calls us "sons of Jacob".

The pentecostal pastors knavishly introduce him into the church that is under Grace and not under the Law of Moses and insult and intimidate Christians, to take advantage of something that does not belong to them, because the pastors are not Levitical priests nor ordered according to the rigor of the Law, nor do they live in the temple of Jerusalem. Therefore, if someone is robbing God, they are the pastors and not the congregation.

God disposed in his earthly people, Israel, that the tribe of Levi could not have property, for this reason he ordered the rest of the nation to support them with 10% of their income, so that the Levitical priests could dedicate themselves to the service of the tabernacle. A job that they had to carry out from the age of 25, and that they had to retire by the age of 50 (Nm.8: 24-25).

Jesus rebukes the Pharisees

Luke 11:42

42 “Woe to you Pharisees, because you give God a tenth of your mint, rue and all other kinds of garden herbs, but you neglect justice and the love of God.”

The Lord is rebuking the Pharisees (who are Israelites and not Christians), to reproach their hypocrisy for worrying about the tithe, and not for God's justice and love.

This sounds very familiar to us, right? In the parallel passage of Matthew he says to these hypocritical Pharisees, representatives of the Law. And it is curious to see many religious leaders of our day, how they strive to identify with these hypocrites in order to collect the tithe.

Today there is no temple in Israel, there are no Levitical priests. All the records of the genealogical archives that were kept in the temple were destroyed in 70 AD. The Rabbis of today do not charge tithes because they, knowing the Law of Moses, know that only the Levites could do it, and if they lived in the temple of Jerusalem.

The Lord Jesus Christ himself never received the tithe, and it did not correspond to him, because he was not of the tribe of Levi, but of the tribe of Judah. Hebrews 7:14 " For it is clear that our Lord descended from Judah, and in regard to that tribe Moses said nothing about priests.”

The same could be said of all the churches mentioned in the New Testament, none of them received the tithe, because that is not for the church. Today we must offer up freely as each purposed in his heart.

2 Corinthians 9:7 New International Version (NIV)

7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

2 Corinthians 8:12-14 New International Version (NIV)

12 For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have. 13 Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality. 14 At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. The goal is equality.

In the New Covenant that the Lord Jesus Christ made with the church, in the Grace, we are all priests (Rev.1: 6) "and you have made a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father" (1Peter 2: 9) "you are a lineage chosen, royal priesthood." It would be unbiblical for a man to claim the right to be a priest to collect tithes.

Unfortunately today the leaders of the churches that have moved away from the divine ordinances, have tied that human imposition of the tithe with strong chains of superstition and human greed for personal profit, contrary to the disposition of God.

Pastors who charge in their churches tithes are robbing God, for they never corresponded to them that benefit. The Lord commanded it for the Levites, because they were not allowed to own any property. And today those who live illegitimately from the tithe, are those who have the greatest and best properties.

OFFERINGS

Today one must give according to his possibilities for the sustenance of the Church:

2 Corinthians 8:12-14 GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)

12 with whatever contributions you have. Since you are willing to do this, remember that people are accepted if they give what they are able to give. God doesn’t ask for what they don’t have.13 I don’t mean that others should have relief while you have hardship. Rather, it’s a matter of striking a balance. 14 At the present time, your surplus fills their need so that their surplus may fill your need. In this way things balance out.

2 Corinthians 9:7 GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)

7 Each of you should give whatever you have decided. You shouldn’t be sorry that you gave or feel forced to give, since God loves a cheerful giver.

We know one who was not interested in the poor but in money, just like the pastors who love money today:

John 12: 5-6 New International Version (NIV)

5 "Why was not this perfume sold and the money given to the poor? It was worth a year's wages. 6 He did not say this because I have cared about the poor but because he was a thief

The devil also has his message and it is that you seek your own good and not that of others:

2 Peter 2:1-3 New International Version (NIV)

“But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. In their greed these teachers will exploit you with fabricated stories. Their condemnation has long been hanging over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping.”

1 Timothy 6:3-10 New International Version (NIV)

“If anyone teaches otherwise and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, they are conceited and understand nothing. Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.”

13) They argue that the rapture so named for the Protestants will be pre-tribulational.

“Those horses were the ones that the Lord will use when He comes to the Earth to take His people, His church.”
PRELIMINARY ERROR:

The rapture as suggested by the Protestants, where Jesus will take Protestants in body and soul into Heaven, while Protestants are one half of the world's population, all of this before the Last Judgment, is a misinterpretation of Scriptures.

What Pentecostal Protestants known as rapture is a newly created Pentecostal doctrine.

The passages they use are these:

1 Thess. 4: 15-17.

15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until THE COMING OF THE LORD will by no means precede those who are asleep. (the dead)

16 For the Lord Himself WILL DESCEND FROM HEAVEN with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God (eveyone will hear him). And the dead in Christ WILL RESURRECT first.

17 Then WE WHO ARE ALIVE and REMAIN (those who are alive when Christ comes) shall be caught up, TOGETHER WITH those who resurrected first, in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall ALWAYS be with the Lord.

IN THIS PASSAGE it tells us that dead believers will resurrect and will go to Heaven together with living believers.

Compare with:

-1 Corinthians 15:51-53

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep «die», but we (THE LIVING) shall all be changed, (from a corrupt body to an uncorrupted body)

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and THE DEAD shall be RAISE incorruptible, and we (the living) shall be changed. (our bodies will be transformed from one corrupt body to one incorrupt body)

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

In both texts there is no talk of any rapture, it is said that at the Second Coming of Christ, believers will resurrect and go to Heaven together with those who are alive, both alive and dead will receive a body.

Therefore in the rapture will resurrect the dead and the living will be transformed (having a new body, from one corrupt body to one incorrupt body)

Why what they call "rapture" no protestant false prophet mentions the resurrection of the dead and the transformation of the bodies of the living which will take place in the "rapture", where both, the living and the resurrected dead will go to Heaven?

Why any pentecostal Protestant mention this? Why any false prophet has seen the resurrection of the dead that will take place in the rapture?

The answer is because they do not read the Scriptures and interpret them in their own way under the inspiration of the devil.

BEFORE PROCEEDING:
We as Catholics to the meeting of the good ones with Christ in heaven during the Second Coming is not called "rapture" by us but only "Second Coming" where we know that implicitly that good ones will go to heaven and bad ones to Hell.

ERRORS ABOUT THE MEETING OF THE GOOD ONES WITH CHRIST IN HEAVEN (called rapture by Protestants)

FIRST ERROR:

She argues that the rapture so named for the Protestants will be pre-tribulational. That is, she says that Jesus will come to Earth to take a group to Heaven, while another group will be left on Earth for seven years during the Great Tribulation, after which Jesus will come for 3rd time to Earth.
What protestants call rapture before the great tribulation is an error. Read the bible:

Matthew 24:29-41

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left."

The passage above, speaks of how Christ will come to take the good ones to heaven and if we read later on he also come to take the bad ones to Hell:"But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth." (Matthew 24:48-51)

SECOND ERROR:
Pentecostals say that the church, that is, the saints will not be persecuted during the great persecution, but Scripture tells us otherwise:

“And it was given unto him to MAKE WAR WITH THE SAINTS, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” (Rev 13:7)

“I beheld, and the same horn made WAR WITH THE SAINTS, and prevailed against them;” (Daniel 7:21)

“And he shall speak great words against the most High, and SHALL WEAR OUT THE SAINTS of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.” (Daniel 7:25)

“And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power; and he shall destroy wondrously, and shall prosper and perform, and shall destroy the mighty and THE HOLY PEOPLE.” (Daniel 8:24)

If there will be a rapture, this will not be before the great tribulation, but later.

THIRD ERROR: About the belief that Pentecostal Protestants won't go through the great tribulation:
Matthew 24:9

9 “Then they will deliver you up to TRIBULATION and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.

 John 16:33

33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have TRIBULATION; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

Acts 14:22

22 strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, “We must through many TRIBULATIONS enter the kingdom of God.”

2 Thessalonians 1:4-5

4 so that we ourselves boast of you among the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and TRIBULATIONS that you endure, 5 which is manifest evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer;

Revelation 1:9

9 I, John, both your brother and companion in the TRIBULATION and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

FOURTH ERROR:
About the coming wrath.

Pentecostals say the Rapture will happen because no saint will suffer the wrath of God, which they interpret as if they would not go through the Final Judgment, and that it will only be to the wicked, but the Bible says Final Judgment will be for the good ones and wicked ones. Here comes the banter.

The coming wrath refers exactly to eternal damnation, the wrath to come also refers to the final judgment, the wicked will go to hell, the good one will be rewarded with Heaven, the coming wrath is not refer to their abduction where the good are taken to Heaven to not suffer on Earth while the wicked suffer the wrath of God in the great tribulation.

According to the Fathers of the Church the coming wrath is referred to eternal damnation.
Let's check:

John 3:36: Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them (eternal damnation) ". We see in this case that, as the "eternal life" is eternal, so the "wrath of God" will be eternal.

Romans 5:9:  Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath (from eternal damnation) through him!
Ephesians 5: 6: Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath (eternal damnation) comes on those who are disobedient.

1 Thessalonians 5: 9: For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

FIFTH ERROR: The Final trumpet.

Bible says:

“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, AT THE LAST TRUMP: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” (1 Cor. 15:52)

This passage tells us that the rapture so named by Protestants coincides with a fact called the last trump, ie the last trumpet, implying that after that there will be no other trumpets.

But pre-tribulationists (Pentecostals and recent sects) say that there will be more trumpets, after that last trumpet, after literal seven years according to them, when Jesus comes again.

Referring to the 2nd Coming The Bible tells us:

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” (Matthew 24:29-31)

And other passages that tell us that at the Second Coming of Christ will sound the trumpet, as Revelation 11:15.

Pretribulationists err in saying that there will be more trumpets after pre-tribulation rapture.

SIXTH ERROR:

Pentecostal Protestants say their rapture will occur before the great tribulation, but the Bible tells us that Christ will not come until the apostasy comes and the Antichrist is revealed.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-4:

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and by our gathering together unto Him,

2 that ye be not soon shaken in mind or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as if from us that the Day of Christ is at hand.

3 Don't let anyone deceive you in any way. For that day JESUS WILL NOT COME unless the apostasy comes first and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction (the Antichrist).

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Therefore, Jesus will not come unless the Antichrist is manifested and the apostasy comes. That is, during or after the tribulation, but not before.

The false doctrine of "pre-tribulation rapture" will not happen, Protestants make from an event, two different events, if there will be a rapture will be together with the Second Coming of Christ, after the great tribulation and the manifestation of the antichrist.

SEVENTH ERROR:
Believing that the rapture will happen 7 years before the second coming of Christ.

The Bible tells us that during the harvest that will happen at the end of the world, the tares will be separated from the wheat at the same time, the tares will be thrown into the fire and wheat will be put in the barn (taken to heaven).
29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. (In Matthew 24 is said the angels will gather the good ones to be taken and the wicked ones to be left, this refers that the wicked will go to hell and the good ones will be taken to Heaven, it will be on the day of the harvest)

Later Bible says:
49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,

50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Conclusion:

During the harvest that will happen at the end of the world, the tares will be separated from the wheat at the same time, the tares will be thrown into the fire and wheat will be put in the barn (taken to heaven).

Nowhere is it said that the wheat will be gathered seven years before, for Jesus himself said:
30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
The parable of the tares and wheat made on the ground that false Pentecostal doctrine of a pre-trib rapture or that the good ones will go to heaven seven years before the second coming of Christ.

It must be said that Pentecostals (dispensationalists) are the only ones who know the hour and the day that will be the second coming of Christ, they all tell me that it will happen 7 years after their pre-tribulational rapture.

EIGTH ERROR:

Pretribulationists (ie, Pentecostals) cite Matthew 24:27 refers to the 2nd Coming of Christ and 1 Thessalonians 4:15 refers to the rapture but both texts use the same word to show the 2nd Coming of Lord, the word PAROUSIA.

In both texts is being talked about of the same Coming, no to distinct comings.

What happens is that no Protestant examines the Greek texts. Read them and search the Greek word Parousia here:

“For this we say unto you by the Word of the Lord: that we who are alive and remain unto the coming (Parousia) of the Lord, shall not precede those who are asleep.” (1 Thes 4:15)

" For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming (Parousia) of the Son of man be." (Matthew 24:27)

If there will be a rapture will be post-tribulational, though we as Catholic Christians know the rapture as Second Coming or Parousia, the resurrection of the dead and the Last Judgment (the good will be taken (raptured) to heaven and the wicked to hell).

In the rapture of Protestants there will be also resurrection of the dead, Second Coming and final judgment (although of the final judgment are opposed because they hate to read Matthew 25: 31-33)

Most of the times that the Bible speaks of the "Coming" of Christ, the Greek word: "Parousia" is used.

what they do not know is that they should call to their rapture "Parousia" and to the Second Coming "Parousia" too, what they only know is that the Parousia only refers to the 2nd Coming of Christ, because nobody has told them that in Matthew 24 and 1 Thessalonians 4:15 (which used to demonstrate the rapture) also used the Greek word: Parousia.

Everything is too sad, they have made the Parousia an endless number of comings, when the Bible speaks of only one coming. We Christians believe in the resurrection of the dead, ... that Jesus Christ will come again in glory (Second Coming), to judge the living and the dead (final judgment) and his kingdom will have no end.

Other texts that Pentecostals mention referring to the rapture, when in fact refer to the Second Coming of Christ are:

Find the word Parousia in these passages:

Matthew 24:
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming (PAROUSIA) of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming (PAROUSIA) of the Son of man be.

The Bible says that the Parousia is the same as the rapture, so named for the Pentecostals, if we read Matthew 24: 37-39 the Coming of Christ will be as is said, no one knows the day or the hour, he will come suddenly, etc, but anyway, no Protestant investigates, just talk and talk and do not even revise the texts. Parousia = the 2nd Coming of Christ. In the Bible only it speaks of a Parousia, not two Parousias, as claimed by pretribulationists and mid-Tribulationists.

NINETH ERROR: Denying that the rapture is a coming.

According to the scheme Protestant of the rapture, besides the First Coming, which was in the Incarnation, still missing two comings of Christ: one to take his people in the Rapture (Second Coming) and another coming at the end of time (Third Coming). But Christ only revealed that there would be a Second Coming at the end of the world.

Although Protestants say their rapture is not a Coming, are the following verses that according to them talk about their rapture where the greek word used is "Parousia" :

“For this we say unto you by the Word of the Lord: that we who are alive and remain unto the coming (Parousia) of the Lord, shall not precede those who are asleep.” (1 Thes 4:15)

Matthew 24: 37-41 tells us:

37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the Coming (Parousia) of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the Coming (Parousia) of the Son of man be.

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Pentecostals believe that this passage refers to the rapture, when in fact it refers to the Parousia.

See the original texts in Greek where the word Parousia is used:

The text refers to the same Coming of the son of man, not to distinct comings. Do pentecostal protestants believe in two Parousias?

The true interpretation of this passage refers to the Parousia (2nd Coming) and the Final Judgment, where just and the unjust will rise, some to everlasting life and some to eternal damnation.

“the one shall be taken, and the other left” It refers to the separation of the sheep and the goats. Therefore, it also speaks of Judgment.

When it says that one will be left and another will be taken does not mean that they will be carried off to the air, but one will be taken to the glory of God, and the one is left does not mean it will stay on earth, but he will go to hell.

The Church teaches than in Christ's Second Coming (Parousia), Jesus will come in glory to judge the living and the dead (Final Judgement) and his kingdom will have no end.

TENTH ERROR:

On the two resurrections of which the Bible speaks

An interpretation of the New Testament is the understanding that there will be two resurrections. Revelation tells us:

“Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.” (Rev 20:6)

“But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished” (Rev 20:5)

Despite this, there are various interpretations, according to the post-tribulational position there will be two physical resurrections, separated by a literal thousand years (one in the second Coming together with the Rapture, another finished the literal 1,000 years)

According to pre-tribulationists (Pentecostals and recent sects) there will be three physical resurrections (one in the Rapture at the beginning of the tribulation, the other in the Second Coming at the end of the tribulation, the last one when the literal 1,000 years finish).

Amillennialists (Catholic and Old Protestant churches) we see that Revelation 20: 5-6. has evidence that there are only two resurrections, (the first resurrection would be in a spiritual sense, according to Paul and John as participation at this time, in the resurrection of Christ by faith and baptism, according to Colossians 2:12 and Colossians 3: 1, as occurring within the millennium interpreted as an indefinite period between the foundation of the Church and the Second Coming of Christ, the second resurrection would be the general resurrection that would occur at the time of Jesus' return)

Blessed are those who are part of the first resurrection, that is, those who have been baptized and are part of the Church, because reign with Jesus in heaven in this thousand-year period understood as an indefinite period between the founding of the Church and the Second Coming.

Amillennialists only we believe there will be a physical resurrection (second resurrection) and a spiritual resurrection (the first resurrection). The first resurrection is as the Scriptures tell us:

“Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are RISEN WITH HIM through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.” (Colossians 2:12)

“If ye then be RISEN WITH CHRIST, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.” (Colossians 3:1)

The second resurrection is as the Scriptures tell us:

“and the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished” It refers to the dead in body, which will rise, some to everlasting life, others to eternal damnation.

Protestant sects and Pentecostal evangelicals believe there will be three resurrections, the three of them will be physical according to their doctrine, the first is of the righteous at the rapture before the tribulation, the second will be to the righteous who died during the tribulation, after seven literal years; and the third will be the resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous who died under the reign of a literal thousand years as well as the resurrection of the unjust of all time.

I doubt that very few Pentecostals know their own doctrine, well ... it is the latest sect with just a century of life, which is destroying the world to preach false doctrines as giving 10% of your income every month, the pre-tribulational rapture and fundamentalism or hatred towards the true Church of Christ.

Pentecostals should read more about the founder of their doctrine, John Nelson Darby. The creator and inventor of the rapture before the tribulation as the inventor of the dispensationalist doctrine (dispensationalism), doctrine that every Pentecostal church follows.

To learn more about the interpretation of Revelation read the "City of God" Book XX of St. Augustine.

Conclusion:

Christ will come again to judge the living and the dead, not only to the dead.

The resurrection of the dead, "of the righteous and the unrighteous" (Acts 24:15), will precede the Last Judgment.

-John 5:28-29

28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the RESURRECTION of life; and they that have done evil, unto the RESURRECTION of damnation.

-Matthew 25:31-46

31 When the Son of man shall COME in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

All the times that the Bible speaks of the coming of Christ all refer to the same and unique coming of Christ that has not yet occurred.

Catholic Christians believe that Jesus Christ will return for the second time to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end.

Those who believe that the supposed rapture will occur before the Great Tribulation of Antichrist think that only bad people will suffer this time of persecution. If this were true, then the Antichrist would not have someone to pursue because all the faithful would be with Christ out of this world!

As I said the Bible tells us that Christ will not come until the apostasy comes first and the Antichrist is manifested: Read again 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4:

Do you think that if an alleged rapture of the good ones occurred before the Great Tribulation, the Antichrist would have anyone to pursue?

For all this, the Church condemns the severity of this doctrinal error manifested by Protestant Christians and some false prophets.

To complement my article about the Rapture, read these two magnificent sources:

14) They say that Mary is worshiped by Catholics, when Catholics only worship God.

“In the middle of all those children, we could see Mary, the mother of the Lord Jesus Christ on Earth.  She was a beautiful woman.  We did not see her on a throne and neither was anyone worshiping her.”

A comment of this nature was to be expected, because for them the Blessed Virgin Mary is another "woman" more, and they emphasize "no one was worshiping her" (convinced that we do what they think we do).

About whether Catholics worship images and are idolaters.

Must be said that the true worship and adoration belongs to God alone, and that any kind of worship is given to God, not to an image or a statue.

When in front of an image of Jesus, it is said that the Catholics use the image to pray, is to remember and maintain a dialogue with the Person it represents, in this case, with Jesus. That is, the Catholic maintains a dialogue with Jesus and uses his image as a memory of Him.

The Catholic does not maintain a dialogue with a piece of paper or a statue but with the Person who represents. The situation is different.

In the same way that to remember our mother we use her photo, Catholics, to remember Jesus, we use images representing our Lord Jesus Christ.

No Catholic worship an image or a statue but only to God.

God is remembered through an image or a crucifix. A Catholic does not talk to an image but to the Person it represents.

All this means that Catholics make use of images as memories of the person they believe is in heaven and pray to God to grant them the graces necessary for their salvation.

What is worship?

Worship is recognizing someone as a supreme being. Therefore, you should only God.

“Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.” (Mat. 4:10)

What is veneration?

The veneration consists of pay a tribute of honor, respect or affection for a person (angels and saints) or thing (relics, statues or pictures) for some special reason (for example, an excellent holiness).

In this regard, the Bible states:

• Angels are worthy of veneration. (Josh. 5:13-15; Tobit 12:15-16)

• The patriarchs are remembered fondly and their graves respected (Gen. 23:1-20; 25, 5-7; 1 Kgs 2:10; Mt 23:29; Acts 2:29)

• The prophets, David, John the Baptist and a large number of characters are remembered for their holiness, wisdom and dedication to the cause of his people (Ws 10:1ss; Sir 44-50, Matthew 11:11-15, Heb 11:1 ss, etc..)

• Mary, the mother of Jesus, is celebrated as "full of grace" (Lk 1:28), "blessed are you among women" (Lk 1:42) and "blessed" (Lk 1:48).

On whether Catholic Christians are idolaters:

Do the saints can intercede before God for men?

15) The 7 Columbian youths testify their testimony as true, using the name of Jesus in vain, and in this way does not raise any doubt that their alleged vision of heaven and hell is real and not a lie.

“The experience here narrated is real, not a vision or a dream, is a revelation. God knows it is true and not a lie.”

The second commandment forbids use the name of Jesus in vain, 7 Columbian youths use the name of God to testify that their testimony is true.

What a way to consolidate her story and make it look like it is real. Only an unbeliever and ignorant is able to accept as true the testimony of the 7 Columbian youths and all slander and defamation against the faith of the Church.

CONCLUSION:

In my humble and pious opinion the supposed revelation of Heaven and Hell to 7 Columbian youths can not be from Jesus Christ. The many serious doctrinal errors described above are more than sufficient to show that the alleged private revelation to 7 youths is false. They were not taken by Jesus to hell or to heaven, and Jesus would not present such serious doctrinal errors to them as if these were true.

Their statements about hell are based on their own imagination that want to take people away from the true gospel, teaching falsehoods about the true doctrine of the Church of Jesus Christ.

ABOUT PRIVATE REVELATIONS:

This is what the Church says regarding private revelations.

67 Throughout the ages, there have been so-called "private" revelations, some of which have been recognized by the authority of the Church. They do not belong, however, to the deposit of faith. It is not their role to improve or complete Christ's definitive Revelation, but to help live more fully by it in a certain period of history.

Guided by the Magisterium of the Church, the sensus fidelium knows how to discern and welcome in these revelations whatever constitutes an authentic call of Christ or his saints to the Church.

Christian faith cannot accept "revelations" that claim to surpass or correct the Revelation of which Christ is the fulfilment, as is the case in certain nonChristian religions and also in certain recent sects which base themselves on such "revelations". (It is the case of the false “private” revelations of Protestant Christians and some sects)

This means that in certain sects also speak of such revelations, but that the Church condemns because are false and contradict the gospel.

CONCLUSION:

Heaven and hell are real, but not like some false prophets describe them.

-In Hell only exists hate to God, so souls do not love and not cry to God for forgiveness and mercy.

-The souls in hell are not punished by demons, but for the righteousness of God. It is God who punishes both souls and demons with the horrors of eternal fire.

-Satan does not rule hell, but God does. God has power in hell, and the devil is not allowed to come and go at will from Hell to tempt men, but is subject to the will of God.

"The demons SUFFER the torment of fire, even when, by Divine permission, they LEAVE the confines of hell and roam about on earth to TEMPT humanity." -Catholic encyclopedia.

CHARACTERISTICS OF FALSE PROPHETS:

Most of what they say have some truth, to confuse and to lead the believer to error, to drag him to the sects or to hate God, the believer know not the true Jesus Christ, but a Christ who preach false prophets as true but it is not.

Satan uses truth to induce to the error and lies. Christianity is now living the most devastating crisis in its history because of the false prophets and their lies.

Many Protestants will say: False prophets have done many miracles  !

Matthew 7:22-23

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy by thy name, and by thy name cast out demons, and by thy name do many mighty works?

“And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

FALSE PROPHETS CONDEMNED
Ezekiel 13:1-9

1.The word of the Lord came to me:

“Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel, who are prophesying, and say to those who prophesy from their own hearts: ‘Hear the word of the Lord!’

Thus says the Lord God, Woe to the foolish prophets who follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!

Your prophets have been like jackals among ruins, O Israel.

You have not gone up into the breaches, or built up a wall for the house of Israel, that it might stand in battle in the day of the Lord.

They have seen false visions and lying divinations. They say, ‘Declares the Lord,’ when the Lord has not sent them, and yet they expect him to fulfill their word.

Have you not seen a false vision and uttered a lying divination, whenever you have said, ‘Declares the Lord,’ although I have not spoken?”

Therefore thus says the Lord God: “Because you have uttered falsehood and seen lying visions, therefore behold, I am against you, declares the Lord God.

My hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and who give lying divinations. They shall not be in the council of my people, nor be enrolled in the register of the house of Israel, nor shall they enter the land of Israel. And you shall know that I am the Lord God.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

There are many other false prophets which are Mary K Baxter, Bill Wiese, Choo Thomas, 7 Columbian Youths, Ricardo Cid, Jennifer Perez, Pastor Yong-Doo Kim, among others, who say they were taken to heaven and hell but manifest serious doctrinal errors against the faith of the Church.

GOD BLESS YOU
